We offer a fully customized fine jewelry creation experience, designed with you, for you, in collaboration with one of our talented designers. Most clients choose to make their pieces permanent, but clasps are also available if preferred.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are recommended to ensure you receive the undivided attention of your designer. Same-day appointments are often available, and we accommodate walk-ins when possible—please call ahead!

CAN I CREATE JEWELRY WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY?

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WHO ISN’T CREATING JEWELRY?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share the experience and take fun photos together.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR JEWELRY COST?

• Chains: Priced by the inch.

  • Silver starts at $18/inch (6-7” bracelets range from $108-$126).

  • 14k solid gold starts at $31/inch (6-7” bracelets range from $185-$200).

  • Heaviest sterling silver: $40/inch; Heaviest 14k gold: $300+/inch.

• Gemstones: Range from $111-$3,000+, depending on type, size, and cut.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.

DOES IT HURT?
Not at all! The process involves a burst of air and a flash—nothing touches your skin.

WHAT CHAINS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
We offer solid gold and silver chains, with options to mix and match. Our selection evolves frequently—check Instagram or this page. For custom chain orders, email us.

WHAT CHARMS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
Our studios feature genuine gemstone charms bezel-set in 14k gold, with 180 variations available. For custom or lab-created stones, email us.

IS IT REALLY PERMANENT?
It’s as permanent as you want! Jewelry can evolve with you—switch links, add stones, or repurpose chains into new designs.

HOW CAN I TAKE IT OFF?
Use wire cutters or sharp scissors. Our studios can assist if needed.

CAN I HAVE IT RE-WELDED AFTER CUTTING IT OFF?
Yes! Re-welding is available for $25, or free for medical reasons.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELRY FALLS OFF?
This is rare, but we’ll re-weld it for free. While durable, jewelry is not indestructible.

CAN YOU WELD A NECKLACE INSTEAD OF A BRACELET OR ANKLET?
Yes, though options may be limited by chain style. Contact us with specific questions.

WHAT ABOUT A HAND CHAIN?
Hand chains are the equivalent of two bracelets in terms of length measurement and therefore can take longer to design and fit to perfection. If you are interested in exploring a hand chain, either permanent or clasped, please select this service when booking your appointment. Average bracelets are typically 6-7 inches, average rings are typically 2-2.75 inches, and the length of chain connecting the ring to the bracelet is typically around 4 inches (approximately 13+ inches total).

If you have an existing permanent bracelet that you would like to evolve into part of your hand chain, please include that in the appointment notes.


DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY LOVE SARO JEWELRY PERMANENT? DO YOU OFFER CLASPS?
Most of our clients opt to design permanent pieces because of the sentimental and low maintenance nature of our materials and how we create. However, should you prefer or require the ability to remove your jewelry, we also offer clasps. The emphasis in our studio is on creating something so special and customized to you, you would never want to take it off! See the nuance?

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOOKING A “CUSTOMIZED MULTI-STONE PERMANENT BRACELET” SESSION AND A STANDARD PERMANENT BRACELET SESSION? CAN I STILL ADD GEMSTONES IN A STANDARD SESSION?
The Customized Multi-Stone Permanent Bracelet service is designed for creating intricate bracelets with 3+ stones and up to 4 or more unique link styles, offering a deeper storytelling experience.
For standard appointments, you can still include 1–2 stones, as the session duration accommodates gemstone selection and setting.

Customized Service Details:

• Choose from 160 natural gemstones ranging from semi-precious (starting at $111) to precious (starting at $235). These stones can symbolize loved ones’ birthstones or support you through their healing properties.

• Incorporate up to 4+ unique link styles in solid 14k gold and/or sterling silver to complete your design.

• Sessions last up to two hours or longer depending on the design’s intricacy. If you need more time, contact us at least 72 hours in advance to adjust your appointment.

HOW IS AN “IN MEMORY” APPOINTMENT DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD APPOINTMENT?
An In Memory session notifies the designer of your intention to honor someone special, allowing for more time and a ceremonial approach compared to a standard appointment. You are welcome to bring photos or meaningful items to enhance the experience. While standard appointments accommodate such intentions, they typically have less time, and we want to ensure this process isn’t rushed.

CAN I BUY OTHER LOVE SARO PIECES WHILE I'M THERE?
Yes! Private appointments take place at our Boulder, Denver, and Los Angeles studios, where you can browse and handle our pieces. We also offer consultations for custom designs—please contact us for more details.

AM I EXPECTED TO TIP?
Tipping is never required but always appreciated for this customized service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All LOVE SARO chains and charms are FINAL SALE. Chains are custom-measured and cut to your specifications, and charms are permanently welded into designs, making them yours for life.

We encourage our clients to let their jewelry evolve over time—adding stones, switching links, or passing down chain pieces to loved ones. However, once materials are purchased, they are yours to cherish and rework as desired.
