What to expect at your appointment
A WARM WELOME. Relax and enjoy this unique experience. We’re here to listen closely and focus on creating the perfect piece with you.
EXPLORE. Our highly trained LOVE SARO Designer will inspire ideas to make your piece meaningful, from stone healing and numerology to birthstone symbolism and mixed metals for versatility.
WE TRY THINGS ON! We'll compare various chain styles, weights and metal types from over 60 styles, and guide you on the best combinations for your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
EXPLORE STONES. Your Designer will guide you through our robust gemstone menu, including over 180 variations of natural gemstone charms, pointing out different types of healing stones and birthstones. Often, the stone will choose you! Stones can be added or removed at any time to mark life changes.
MEASURE. We take measurements and discuss your preferred fit.
PRICE IT. Your Designer will build a quotation based on your measurements to include your selected design elements. As soon as the quotation and the design are finalized, your custom piece will come to life!
BUILD IT. (Yes, you get to watch)! We build the design based on the elements selected, right then and there, and adjust as needed.
TRY IT ON. We’ll adjust the piece to find your PERFECT fit (and yes, there is such thing as a perfect fit!)
WELD. Once we’ve found the perfect fit, we weld it with precise equipment, creating a seamless permanent piece. For non-permanent designs, we use a discreet clasp. No jump rings involved to create a seamless work of art.
SET INTENTION. (optional) We offer a ceremonial blessing with palo santo to mark the moment your piece becomes permanent.
WEAR IT FOREVER. Our pieces are intentionally created for permanent wear with little to no maintenance
